 MONTREAL, Canada, March 27, 2009 - Members of the NDC Montreal Support Group will be honouring Grenadian broadcaster and radio host, George Grant, at a Gala Dinner and Cultural Show.
It will take place during a planned visit to Montreal by Mr. Grant, who will be broadcasting his Sunday With Grant Grant from Montreal on April 19.

 MONTREAL, Canada, March 18, 2009 – June Maitland-Fuelscher, the great grand daughter of the late political activist William Galway Donovan, has been re-elected as Chairperson of the Montreal Support Group (MSG) of Grenada’s ruling National Democratic Congress.
The MSG was officially launched last year during a visit to Montreal by NDC General Secretary Peter David, the Member of Parliament for the Town of St. George. Less than three months later, general elections were called in Grenada and the NDC moved from opposition to forming the government with Hon. Tillman Thomas as Prime Minister.
The NDC MSG held its annual general meeting on March 15 and Mrs. Maitland-Fuelscher and the rest of her executive were asked to serve a second term by members. |

 Fellow citizens and friends of Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique.
Earlier this afternoon you heard of the great contribution the MSG is making in assisting and giving aid to our nation.
While we are most pleased with our accomplishments and the overall donation to our nation, we are to be reminded that we are the Montreal Support Group of the National Democratic Congress of Grenada.
Let there be no doubt that our primary role remains as the officially recognized political arm of the ruling NDC Party and Government in Montreal.
And we exist and thrive solely due to your good charitable work, your membership registration, your monetary donations, and your attendance at our fund-raising functions.
This is the first general meeting since our Political Leader and Prime Minister Tillman Thomas and his great team were chosen by the all-wise electorate to lead the nation. |
